of the beard.

The grooming menu

Considered work, fairly priced.

Every service begins with a proper consultation and ends without a rush. Prices are starting points — your specialist confirms at the chair once we've talked through the shape you're after.

  • Beard Sculpt & Shape

    $48

    45 min

A full consultation, then a hand-shaped sculpt to your face and growth pattern — cheek line, neckline, and corners detailed with a straight razor. Finished with a warm oil and a comb-through.

  • Hot-Towel Straight-Razor Shave

    $55

    50 min

The full ritual. Steamed towels, a hand-lathered hot lather, and a traditional straight-razor pass for the closest, most considered finish there is. We never rush the blade.

  • The Head Shave

    $45

    40 min

A smooth, clean head shave done the slow way — hot towels, lather, and honed steel, with a soothing balm to close. As deliberate and unhurried as the beard work.

  • Cut + Beard

    $72

    75 min

A scissor-led cut tailored to your head shape, paired with a full beard sculpt so everything reads as one considered whole. Our signature, top to chin.

  • Mustache Detail

    $24

    20 min

For the standalone statement piece. Precision trim, shape, and a wax-and-comb finish that holds the curl. Small in scope, exacting in the doing.

  • Beard-Oil & Balm Bar

    +$18

    Add-on

An add-on to any service — sample our small-batch oils and balms at the bar and walk out with the blend matched to your beard. Cedar, copper-pot, and citrus profiles on the shelf.

The lounge

No rush. Pour yourself a coffee.

Copper & Comb was built to be a slow room. A walnut bar, low light, and a proper pour-over station so a visit feels less like an errand and more like an hour you set aside for yourself. Come a little early, take a seat, and let the coffee steep while we ready your chair.

  • Single-origin pour-over

Brewed to order at the bar — on the house with every appointment.

  • Unhurried by design

Chairs are booked with room to breathe. We never double-stack the schedule.

  • A room worth sitting in

Warm wood, copper fixtures, and a record on the turntable. Stay a while.

Our story

A lounge built around the beard.

Copper & Comb began with a quiet frustration: a good beard deserves more than a few rushed passes at the end of a haircut. Owner Sam Whitlock spent two decades learning that facial hair is its own discipline — one of growth patterns, grain, and the patience to shape rather than simply trim.

So he built a room for it. Warm wood, copper at the bar, a pour-over station, and chairs booked with room to breathe. The towels are hot, the steel is honed, the oils are blended by hand — and nothing here is ever hurried. Come for the beard. Stay for the coffee.
