San Diego · Small-batch hazy brewery

Hazy, juicy,
gone by Sunday.

We brew soft, hop-saturated hazies in tiny batches and drop something new and experimental every week. Cans are canned fresh and released until they sell out — no warehouse, no leftovers, no second chances.

The lineup

What's pouring now.

Our current rotation of hazies, pales, and the occasional sharp counterpoint. These pour in the taproom and most are available to take home in 4-packs while supplies last.

    Double Hazy IPA

White grape skin, tangerine pith, and a finish like a wet cloud.

  • Daydform

    4.6%

Pineapple and fresh-cut lime, weightless on the tongue.

  • Cumulus

    10.4%

    Triple Hazy IPA

Dense mango and vanilla cream, hiding every bit of its strength.

  • Overcast: Guava

    6.1%

    Fruited Kettle Sour

Sharp guava and lactic tang — a sour that still drinks soft.

  • Stratus West

    5.0%

    West Coast Pilsner

Snappy and dry, a clear-headed counterweight to all the haze.

Tap list rotates constantly — what's listed here is a snapshot. The taproom board is always the source of truth.

Release lottery

How allocations actually work.

Limited drops sell out fast, so instead of a midnight rush we run an honest lottery. Enter the drop you want — entering is free and we draw winners at random. No bots, no early-access tiers, no paying to skip the line.

  1. 1

    Enter the lottery

Pick a drop and request your allocation by Thursday at 11:59 pm. Entering is free and does not charge your card. One entry per person, per drop.

  2. 2

    We draw at random

Friday morning we draw winners at random from every valid entry. Allocations are capped per the limit listed on each drop, so more people get cans.

  3. 3

    You get a pickup window

Winners get an email with a payment link and a pickup window for the taproom. Pay online, then grab your cans fresh — no line, no scramble.

About + visit

A tiny brewery built for fresh beer.

Cloudform started in a one-barrel garage system with a stubborn idea: hazy beer is only as good as the day it's packaged. So we kept the batches small, the turnaround short, and the release schedule weekly. Everything we make is brewed, fermented, and canned within walking distance of the taproom you'll drink it in.

The experimental drops are where we play — a guava sour one week, a triple hazy the next. Some become regulars; most are made once and never again. Come early, drink fresh, and bring a friend who needs to be converted to the haze.
