Classes

Find the pace that fits you today.

Six class types, from breath-linked flow to fully-supported rest. Every class is taught with options for every body, and we'll happily point you toward the right starting place — just ask at the desk.

  • Vinyasa Flow

Breath-linked movement that builds gentle heat. Expect sun salutations, standing sequences, and a long, quiet rest at the end. We cue options for every pose so you can find your own pace.

Moderate · some prior experience helps

  • Slow Flow / Yin

Longer holds, deeper stretches, and a slower tempo. Yin postures are held for several minutes to reach the connective tissue. A good fit if you sit at a desk all day or want to wind down.

    Gentle · all levels

  • Reformer Pilates

Spring-loaded reformer work that builds core strength, stability, and length. Equipment classes are capped small so the teacher can adjust your form throughout. Beginners start here often.

    Moderate · all levels, equipment-based

  • Mat Pilates

Classic mat work focused on the deep core, spine, and posture. No equipment beyond a mat and the occasional small prop. Precise, controlled, and surprisingly demanding for how quiet it looks.

    Moderate · all levels

  • Prenatal

A supported practice for expecting students, with modifications by trimester and a focus on breath, hips, and safe movement. Please clear new exercise with your provider before joining.

    Gentle · pregnancy-adapted

  • Restorative

Fully supported poses held with bolsters and blankets so the nervous system can settle. Almost nothing is asked of your muscles — this is rest as a practice. Ideal after travel, stress, or illness.

    Very gentle · all levels

Teachers

The people you'll practice with.

A small teaching team, each with real training behind them. No celebrity instructors, no franchise scripts — just people who care that you leave feeling better than you arrived.

Portrait of Marisol Reyes, yoga and pilates teacher

Marisol Reyes

RYT-200 · Vinyasa & Restorative

Marisol came to yoga after years behind a desk and a back that wouldn't quiet down. She completed her 200-hour training locally and teaches the way she wishes someone had taught her — slowly, with plenty of options, and without the assumption that everyone in the room is already flexible. Her restorative classes are quietly popular with people recovering from burnout.

Portrait of Dev Okafor, yoga and pilates teacher

Dev Okafor

Comprehensively-certified Pilates · Mat & Reformer

Dev completed a comprehensive Pilates certification covering mat, reformer, and supporting apparatus. He's spent most of his teaching life working with students rebuilding strength after injury, which shows in how carefully he cues form. Expect precise, unhurried instruction and a real eye on your alignment — he'd rather you do five clean reps than fifteen sloppy ones.

The space

Quiet, warm, and built for slowing down.

One main studio with wide windows and warm light, a dedicated reformer room, and a small front room with tea, hooks for your things, and somewhere to sit before class. We keep the music low and the lights soft. Shoes off at the door.

We cap classes small on purpose. The studio is street-level with a few spots out front and plenty of bike parking. If it's your first time, the notes on the right cover most of what you'll want to know.

Your first visit

A few honest notes so nothing about walking in feels like a guess.

  • Arrive about ten minutes early so you can settle in and meet your teacher.
  • Wear something comfortable you can move and stretch in. Pilates is practiced in grip socks — we sell them at the desk if you forget.
  • We provide mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. Bring a water bottle and, if you like, your own mat.
  • Tell your teacher about any injuries or if you are pregnant. They will offer modifications — no need to explain more than you want to.
