San Diego · Fusion Truck
Ramen, banh mi, bao.
Clean and simple.
A San Diego fusion truck built around three things done carefully: rich ramen broths simmered overnight, banh mi on bread baked that morning, and pillowy bao folded by hand. Family recipes from owner Mai Tran, plated with restraint and served fast.

Our story
Family recipes, plated plainly.
Steamline started in Mai Tran's home kitchen, where Sunday meant a pot of broth on the stove from sunrise and a stack of banh mi for whoever stopped by. Those recipes came from her grandmother in Da Nang and her years cooking in San Diego kitchens after that.
The idea was simple: take the dishes she grew up making, strip away anything fussy, and plate them clean. No crowded bowls, no twelve garnishes. Just a broth worth the overnight simmer, bread baked that morning, and bao folded one at a time. Find the truck and taste the restraint.
