A real website,
3 to 5 polished pages.
A brochure site customized from one of my industry templates, deployed to your domain in 7 days. Fast, mobile-ready, built to convert the click into a call. $449 once. Done.
- 7-day delivery
- First year hosting included
- Optional $49/mo maintenance
What you get
Six things, done right.
The scope is tight on purpose. Every dollar of the $449 goes into making 3–5 pages work hard — not into chasing a 12-page sitemap that nobody scrolls.
-
3–5 pages · the right ones for your industry
Typically home, services, about, gallery, and contact — but the exact mix depends on your trade. Plumbers and HVAC shops get a services-by-type structure; law and medical pages get a "what to expect" page. Designed to load in under two seconds and read clean on every phone.
-
Built from a template I’ve already designed
I’ve got 14+ industry templates in the library — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, medical, law, fitness, brewery, dentists, restaurants, more. I start from the one closest to your business and customize it with your logo, photos, and copy.
-
Click-to-call & tap-to-text on mobile
Most of your traffic is somebody on their phone, in their truck, deciding right now whether to call you. The phone number is a giant button. The text-message link is a giant button. No tiny links, no contact form mazes.
-
Hosted on your domain · first year included
I deploy it to your domain (or a temporary dcrader-{yourname}.vercel.app while you transfer one). First year of hosting is included. After that it folds into the $49/mo maintenance — or you take it and host it yourself, your call.
-
Contact form that actually emails you
No "thanks for your submission" page where the message vanishes into a void. Forms hit your inbox directly. Spam-protected, mobile-friendly, three fields max.
-
One round of revisions
You see the first build on day 4. You send me your notes by day 5. The revised site goes live on day 7. One revision pass keeps the timeline tight — that’s the deal at this price.
Honest scope
What’s not in $449.
I’d rather tell you up front than disappoint you in week two. These are the things Lite Site doesn’t include — and where the upgrade path leads if you need them.
- A CMS so you can edit pages yourself (that’s the Starter tier)
- Blog or article system
- Online booking, payment, or appointment systems
- SEO content writing or service-area landing pages beyond the 3–5 base pages
- Custom branding or logo design
- Custom photography or a photo shoot
Need any of those? Step up to the Starter or Standard tier — $1,800+ for a real CMS-backed site with the things on this list. About 30% of Lite Site clients upgrade within a year, and the design and copy carry over when they do.
14+ verticals, ready to go
I’ve already designed for your industry.
The reason Lite Site hits $449 in 7 days is the template library. Every one of these is a hand-built design I can start from and customize for you — not a Wix preset, not a ThemeForest download. Real Astro builds, real performance.
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Electrical
- General contracting
- Medical & dental
- Law
- Fitness & gyms
- Brewery & taproom
- Restaurants
- Short-term rentals
- Hospitality
- Accessibility / ADA
- SMB consulting
- B2B SaaS
Don’t see yours? I’ll start from the closest neighbor (roofing → general contracting, dermatology → medical, etc.). If it’s truly niche I’ll tell you on the discovery call.
How it works
Seven days, plainly.
- 1
Day 1 — You pay, I send a checklist.
Logo, three to six photos, your business address and phone, a paragraph for each of the 3–5 pages. Twenty minutes of your time.
- 2
Days 2–4 — I build.
I customize the right template from the library with your content — all 3–5 pages, mobile and desktop. You don’t hear from me much; this is heads-down work.
- 3
Day 4–5 — You review, send notes.
I send you a staging URL. You walk through every page on your phone and laptop. Send me your revisions — one consolidated round.
- 4
Days 6–7 — I revise and ship.
Revisions land, the site goes live on your domain (or a
dcrader-{yourname}.vercel.appsubdomain while you transfer one). You get the keys.
An honest word
$449 is the founder price. It won’t stay here.
I’m launching Lite Site as a productized entry tier. $449 is what it costs while I’m proving the funnel works. After I’ve shipped 15+ of these, the price likely settles at $549–$649 — same scope, same template library, just normal pricing.
If you’re a trades shop, a solo professional, or a small business owner who needs a real 3–5 page site fast and doesn’t want to spend $4,000 to get there — Lite Site is for you. If you need a CMS to edit pages yourself, a blog, or online booking, you want the Starter or Standard tier instead.

Straight answers
Questions before you buy.
- Why so cheap? What’s the catch?
- No catch — but real scope. $449 buys you a 3–5 page brochure site customized from a template I’ve already built. The reason I can hit that price is the template library does the heavy lifting; I’m customizing, not designing from scratch. If you need a CMS, a blog, online booking, or payment integration, that’s the Starter or Standard tier — different conversation, different price.
- Is this just a Wix template with my name slapped on it?
- No. These are real Astro/Vercel builds — fast, accessible, no bloated builder code. Every template in my library was hand-built by me. You can tell the difference: a Wix template loads in 4–6 seconds with a layout shift, this one loads in under 2 and feels like a real product. Same price ballpark, very different result.
- What if my industry isn’t in the template library?
- There are 14+ verticals covered — most trades and most professional services already have a starting point. If yours doesn’t exist yet, I’ll start from the closest neighbor (e.g. roofing → general contracting). If it’s truly niche and there’s no good starting point, I’ll tell you on the discovery call and recommend Starter instead.
- Can I upgrade later if I need more?
- Yes — that’s the point. About 30% of Lite Site clients upgrade to Starter or Standard within a year because the business outgrows the brochure scope and needs a blog, booking, or a real CMS. The work isn’t throwaway: the design system, the copy, and the pages all carry over. You only pay the difference between tiers, not start over.
- How does the 7-day turnaround actually work?
- Day 1: you pay, I send a content checklist (logo, photos, copy, contact info, page-by-page priorities). Days 2–4: I build the 3–5 pages. Day 4: you see the first version on a staging URL. Day 5: you send revision notes. Days 6–7: I revise and ship to your domain. If you sit on the content checklist for two weeks, the clock pauses — that’s the only thing that slips a delivery.
- Can I get a refund?
- Before I’ve started building: full refund, no questions. After day 1 (once I’ve sent the checklist and started work): refund minus 30% to cover the time spent. If the final site doesn’t match what I described here, I’ll fix it or refund — your call.
